Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Keshav Store, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund policies carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the product after delivery as per our return policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Order canceled before shipping

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product not as described on the website

For claims related to receiving the wrong product, a different item, a damaged product, or a defective product, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video of the received package. The video should clearly show all sides of the outer packaging and the inner contents in a single continuous recording, without any cuts or edits. The shipping label and all relevant details must be clearly visible in the video.

Refunds will be issued only after the product is returned and inspected (if applicable).

3. Return Policy

You can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Surat.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Product must not be used, washed, or altered

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check.

  • After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized / customized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or personal-use products (e.g., innerwear)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged items can be exchanged.
